Triceps Kickbacks

Cathe, I hope you or someone on this forum can answer my question. I am experiencing pain in my right shoulder blade when I do tricep kickbacks and I don't understand why. I've done this exercise for years with no problem and now all of a sudden I feel this pinch back there while doing them, even when I'm only using 3 lbs weights, very light for me. I've tried standing at 90 degress, then 45, then I've tried not holding my arms up too high. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try substituting lying tricep dumbbell extensions. They work the same muscle,but by lying down, you are taking the shoulder out of the move more.
