Someone posted a question and response to this on 12/23. The title of chat is "Cathe's Treadmill Workout". Doesn't say where they got it from but does give the advanced workout routine.

Hi. Cathe does not have a treadmill workout tape. She did however respond to a question in the forum by giving an example of a workout that can be done using the treadmill. I dont have a copy, but I'm sure someone here does or you can search the forums for "cathe's treadmill workout". Hope this clarifies things.

You might want to try Runervals. You can buy the tapes at www.spinervals.com. We actually stock the running tapes as well as the spinning tapes at our shop. I'll know more about the running tape(s) in a couple of days! I'm just getting to try one in the day or so.
