I did this one this morning and yowsa, this one wasn't easy! I used the pink Cathe band (was not about to use the Green one that I used for STS, that band is way too heavy for this workout!) throughout but struggled slightly for the overhead work for shoulders (the band limited my range of motion). My biceps were on fire! I thought they were going to stay in a permanent contraction after Cathe completed the set for biceps--OUCH! The tricep work was good too. I also liked the move where they wrapped the band around the legs for added resistance for the ab work. I really felt my lower abs speak to me during this one! The cardio was very low impact and brief.
