I'm going on vacation for the next 2 weeks and although the hotel has gym (I don't like to use the machines), I was thinking of taking your "Travel Fit" DVD with me.
The question is: How many times a week should I use it? 3 times? And on the rest of the days I was thinking cardio of course ( running or brisk walk ).
Is this OK?
