Hi Cathe and Cathletes!
I have a sticky question: 3 years after labour my transverse abdominus is still jutting forward no matter what I do I had a full diastasis recti which I closed thanks to the help of Sheila Watkins and just right now I have a very flat mid and lower abs and still a funny pouch just right in the middle of my stomach, which is pretty annoying!
That said, I probably did something wrong...Would you mind helping me and giving advice on how to work my transverse in a more effective way? Maybe the sequence/routine I followed was wrong... Yesterday I took a close look at my dvd library and these are the dvds of yours that I owe and that focus also on abs:
Core max
Butts and Gutts
4day split
LIS
X-train
CF and TTM
STS- Pilates based abs
BBS- Timsaver
Cardio Core Circuit
