TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE!:CHECK IN 2/10-2/16

Took Fri&Sat as unplanned rest days.Sundays are my normal rest days.We did alot of house work yesterday.Today we are going to Home Depot(complete nightmare on the weekends).To get more paint and cabinets.Working on decluttering(serious decluttering)and organizing my workout rooms.It's exciting doing things to the house.It's so expensive though.We have lots of projects we are doing this year.It's going to be awesome once they're done.

JuliN,you deserve to treat yourself after all that sewing.
Wildpony,you can add a new animal to your ranch.Alittle piggy name "firmscorpio".I've been eating tons of junk food this week.I'm ready to get back on track.had to get out of my system.You go through those phases.Thank god Easter is two months away.

Fitdoc,how many kids do you have?They range in different ages!That's nice.Keeps you on your toes.Did you get a stability ball yet?
Goldengirl,are you getting excited for your FP weekend?I bet you are.

Sorry to hear Juli & Bita are snowbound. We're getting hit in a very big way right now. Although I have off from work tomorrow, it looks like everyone else is going to get a snow day for sure!

Juli, I'd love to see the Easter pageant with the cast's new wardrobe. Thank goodness that Easter is late this year, it could have bought you some more time. Please let us know how it goes!

Today I did LL with my 25lb barbell. With the exception of a couple of reps, I managed to do the whole thing, low ends and all Feeling good about the weights, I went out and got a new barbell at the Sports Authority. The one I have is good, but the total distance for the handgrip is only about 36". My new one is 72" total and the distance between the handgrips is more like 48". Now I can do the chest section of CTX with the hands in a wide grip, like Cathe does.

This was a full week of Fitday.com and everyday has been good (even with those pretzels }( ). I'm looking forward to keeping that part of my "transformation".

Zagnut & Toby are still not best friends, but they are tolerating each other a little better. I hope Toby's owner makes it back from Cape Cod with no problems. I don't know how bad the snowstorm is up the coast.
