TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE! CHECK IN 2/1-2/9

Hi All --

It's been a busy week. This a.m. I did Vol. 3. I haven't done that one in at least 2 years. It's never been one of my faves. I'm not real crazy about the music, I think. Anyway, it seemed easier than ever before. I always thought Vol. 3 was one of the tougher ones because of it's longer than most of the new tapes and it keeps going and going. Good workout.

I FINALLY finished all the parts of the Roman Soldier. Now I'm moving on to Mary's costume. This one will be easier. This effort has been good for me, even through all the frustration with the Soldier. I've learned some new techniques and I guess that counts as "transformation".

Yesterday we got so much snow, we got out of work early. That said, I made it home before DF and decided to shovel the entire corner lot, driveway and walkway from the driveway to the back door (for Zagnut). I was so tired, that I took yesterday off workoutwise.

Today was another story. I did Kickbox and the bi's and tri's from CTX. What a workout! Tomorrow starts the CTX schedule again, but I'm starting with legs plus the floorwork from the Firm's Volume 1 (thanks, Fitdoc!)

I did some shopping to get some more veggies for next week. They sell vine tomatoes (with the vine attached) in a mesh bag that are wonderful. If it tastes good, then I don't have a problem getting the veggies in. This week was good, hoping for an repeat performance next week.

Hey y'all! Did Imax2 Today! Good times . . . good times. We took the kids sledding today (which means I sat in the yurt with the toddler while DH did all the work )

Saw "The Recruit" tonight with DH. I give it 3 out of 4 stars. Yummy sushi too. A perfect night. Gotta get to bed.

Otisan, I like those tomatoes in the mesh bag. It took me years to figure out I wasn't supposed to keep tomatoes in the fridge!:eek:

Up early with hockey 5:30 - so I may go take a nap before I get my workout in....

My FP tapes Steamin' Cardio&From the Ground up came yesterday.Watched Steamin's Cardio last night.Can't wait to try it.I'm going to do it Monday after work.It looks awesome.Anna is a geninus.Going to watch FTGU today.Organizing my workout room today.Also,cooking up veggies and planning my meals for the week.Of course,have to do other house cleaning.Good day to do it.It's cold out there.Have a great day.

Happy Sunday Ladies,

Today I’m doing PUB and then a fat burn walk. It’s very nice outside here lately very bright and sunny. It’s not to cold either except for somewhat at night. Tomorrow I drive down to Newport for my CT Angio Scan, maybe I can get a run in before I leave, we’ll see though. Maybe some shopping time too. I know I have to go to “Wahoo’s” to get a couple of fish taco’s for sure! Yummmy mmmmmmm…….

Hi ladies. Just a quick check-in. I did Steaming Cardio with Kelsie Saturday(LOVE it!) Did PH with Cathe this AM. Have oldest DS, DIL and 2 year old grandson staying with us for a short while so having to do my workouts "around" them. Not complaining tho-love to have them around. Just messes up my set-in-stone schedule which is probaobly good for me.LOL

Debbie-How did the angio-thingie go? You still doing OK? Let us know, you know we worry.:) 'Cause we love ya. Must get back to work. Talk to ya'll tomorrow. Planning eithe SB or StC again. See ya later. Janice
