Happy Monday morning girls!
Since I've basicly taken a week off from a healthy lifestyle I thought a slip-up topic would be a good way to start the week. I'm beginning my week with MIC. This will be my first attempt so we'll see how it goes. I'll also be getting back to my no eating between meals strategy - that seems to work for me. No more cruisin with a 24 hour pizza and ice cream bar. I've also got some housework issues to deal with. I may give flylady another try. She's a good motivator. Hope everyone has a great day!

KEEP SLIP UPS IN PERSPECTIVE!
One slip does not mean that we have "blown our diet." It just means that in our overall lifestyle, we had a little blip, and now we have to move on! We have to remember: We are making these changes in our lifestyles because we want to be healthier and live longer. We are doing this for ourselves. When we slip, we only have ourselves to answer to and we must look at ourselves in the mirror and say "Okay, I like me, and we are going to work on this!"
Don't give up when you have setbacks. If you pig out at McDonald's, eat the whole box of donuts, or "forget" to exercise for a week, don't lose hope. Tomorrow is another day. It is easier to lose the three pounds you may have gained from a week of setbacks, than to lose the 30 pounds you gained from totally giving up.
