Hi Traci,

I can't really tell you anything about the one on Oxygen but this is the one I use http://tinyurl.com/y3u6q2

It is well laid out and there is space for recording your workouts as well as what weight you used for each workout. It also has a section for recording nutrition notes and fitness goals and a "week in review" type section. I personally love it.

I just buy a spiral ring notebook, and write down my workouts (and weights used for weight training, step height used for step, and other notes). I keep a separate small calendar where I just note the names of the workouts that I do each day (or "off" if I don't exercise) so I have a very quick, 'at-a-glance' way to check what I've done.

When I got the Cathe calendar and looked through it, I was thinking how nice it would be to have it in Training journal form instead. I'd find that much more functional for my use (but most training journals don't have enough room for me to write down the weights I use for all my exercises, which I do in my spiral binder).

Thanks so much to each of you for the insight and suggestions! Looks like I have a lot to look at. Its almost a must have for me to see the journal before I buy it so I will look at the ones online suggested that allow this and then venture out to do real world research!
Thanks again for all the help today.

Wouldn't this be awesome if Cathe came out with s diary log like this? I'd buy it in a heartbeat!
