I read recently that you should train your abs hard (like any other muscle; up to 20 mins) just 2 days a week, to get better results. Does anyone agree with this?
I have to admit, I skimp on abs, rushing through them, unless I'm following Cathe on video
- maybe that's why I have no tone there!
