Trading Your Exercise Videos?

I have read numerous times on this forum about people trading their exercise videos. How does this work? Is there a website that is dedicated to swapping?

You can sell/trade/buy used workouts at Firm Ya Yas http://p199.ezboard.com/bfirmbelivers. You have to be approved to be a member at YaYas... and the Swapmeet forum is for paying members only ($7 for 6 mo or $12 a yr). Their Open Chatter is actually pretty interesting/entertaining, IMO.
