tracy staehle parts series dvd

While I find her business practices leave a lot to be desired and I haven't liked many of her workouts since her original set, I traded for the Parts workout and I actually like it. I don't think I will ever do the total body and I don't really consider the total body workout as a true total body workout. That one is mostly yoga & pilates with some med ball/light weight work thrown in there. The bosu is used for some of the upper and lower body workout which can be combined for one total body workout. I like the bosu/balance work that is incorporated into the Parts workout. I think this is one of her best. I've traded most everything else away. Be forewarned, the menu is very hard to read.
Edited to add the Parts workout comes on one DVD...Strictly Upper Body, Total Body, and Lower Body on one DVD. The clips are listed seperately though.

I love Parts! 2 great upper and lower workouts about 45 mins. each. Liked the main part of the workouts but didn't really care for the ab sections which were a bit brief and did basically the same move most of the time. I found her exercises to be unique and effective. I like the leg workout since some of it is non-weighted and she always includes some kind of balance challenge. These are endurance workouts.
