While I find her business practices leave a lot to be desired and I haven't liked many of her workouts since her original set, I traded for the Parts workout and I actually like it. I don't think I will ever do the total body and I don't really consider the total body workout as a true total body workout. That one is mostly yoga & pilates with some med ball/light weight work thrown in there. The bosu is used for some of the upper and lower body workout which can be combined for one total body workout. I like the bosu/balance work that is incorporated into the Parts workout. I think this is one of her best. I've traded most everything else away. Be forewarned, the menu is very hard to read.
