I'd say Cathe might be a little more intense but Tracey has more complexity in her step workouts. She does not do nearly as much breakdown as Cathe so it's good to preview them before you do them. She has good core work and some good functional fitness stuff. Her Cardio Sweatfest Kickbox is a good, effective workout that gets your heart rate up but I found it a little boring and repetitive. It is good, however, if you have a small space to work out in since she does a lot of drills standing in one spot. I've gotten five out of six of the workouts she's done and I've enjoyed them all. I'm really looking forward to the new workouts.
