It hasn't been released yet, but if you go to Tracey's website (address is above in Denise's initial post on this thread) and go to her blog and page down, you will see multiple clips from the workout. Actually, it looks pretty good!

I have the Yoga Solutions DVD and really like it. There are a ton of pre-mixes. There are a couple spots where the audio isn't quite right (like the mic's weren't on Tracey or Josef but they were speaking) but the workout itself is really good.
