I was thinking of trying out the Kickbox/Toning one, but after reading some reviews I'm thinking maybe I should just wait for the Sweatfest series. Any thoughts or opinions? I really don't know much about her.
Also, I did KCM Step Boxing workout today: I really liked it - love the idea of combining the 2, liked the music and pace. She's motivating, but not annoying. The only problem I had was that her cueing could have been clearer/more descriptive: ie, please tell me which leg we are on! Toning section was more for a little extra cardio, I'd hardly call that weight training/toning, and it's kinda monotonous. but I really liked the tri push up things.
