Tracey S new kickbox workout

Just curious who ordered, I am on the fence.

I ordered. I LOVE kickboxing, and the clips look pretty good. I wasn't thrilled with Strikezone, and am hoping this one will be much better.

Definitely waiting on this one. I've been very disappointed in Tracey's offerings in the past (with a few exceptions, they always sounded much better than they turned out to be). The inclusion of the two other instructors gives me some hope for this one, but I'm not putting it on my 'must-have' list.

I'm with Kathryn on this one. Every Tracey DVD I have ordered was disappointing. Not wasting any more money in that direction!

I would order, but finances are a bit tight at the moment. I don't do much cardio anyway, and I've got quite a few cardio dvds that I don't often get to, so I can't justify the purchase right now. I do think the clips look good,though.

I ordered on day one. I click big time with Tracey's workouts. I discovered her relatively late when she announced Walking Strong. I love that wrokout and all her kickbox including strike zone and her earlier cardio sweatfest.

I preordered!

I like Tracey's workouts. According to my heart rate monitor, they torch calories like crazy, and they suit my short attention span. Huzzah! I also really liked Josef on SZ. Yum.

MEMEME! I LOVE Strike Zone, it is probably my very favorite KB workout ever. My only complaint was it was a bit too short, & from what I hear the new one remedies that.

I cannot wait for this w/o--I think I'm more excited about it than I am about STS cardio! The clips look phenomenal!

LauraMax, sometimes I feel like you & I are the boosters for StrikeZone fanclub . I really, really like that workout.

I also really liked Circuit Zone and Core Blast.
