tower issue

Just wanted to check if anyone else has this issue. My husband put the tower together for me, which was quick. I just noticed that the tower is not very stable, rather wiggly. Is that the way it's supposed to be or is there a flaw with the installation. We've checked everything and all seems to be correct.

The Tower is designed to have some left and right movement when no load is applied to it. When you do a pull up and apply a load to the Tower you will find the movement pretty much stops.
