Tower code help

I am having trouble w/the tower discount code that I got w/my tower order. When I put it in the coupon code box it tells me it is an invalid code. I asked customer service and they said I had to use all caps. I did this before I wrote to customer service, I tried it in upper and lowercase letters w/the # and it still did not work, so I tried it again today and it still is not working.

any suggestions?

I went to shopcathe.com, added an item to my cart, entered the code (it was letters plus a number, with no spaces and all caps) and it works. You definitely used the one that came with the tower order and not the one that came from ordering STS Cardio?
