Totally confused over which DVD to start with

Hi! I am totally new to Cathe - except for watching her on Fittv, I wrote yesterday and got some ideas on which video to start with, watched the clips and now I am totally confused. I have been doing the FIRM, running, ride/train horses - so I am busy. I need something that is good with time restraints. My main objective is to become really lean and stronger. I was looking at the Pyramids upper/lower and am considering that one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!:confused:
 
I love Pyramids. I think it has a premix where you can combine upper and lower, but not sure. I always do it as is. The PUB also has a nice ab routine. The workouts are not terribly long. Some people complain about changing the bar on PLB, but it doesn't bother me at all. Cathe and crew do it in real time so you aren't left lagging behind. I have improved upper body strength using this DVD. Can't speak much for lower body b/c it has always been very strong. PLB is good too though and you definitely feel it, and it has great floorwork. Just for me, for upper body, I have always been sort of weak and can easily find my max. That max has increased and my arms are much more defined (to the point where people notice it).
