Hi! I am totally new to Cathe - except for watching her on Fittv, I wrote yesterday and got some ideas on which video to start with, watched the clips and now I am totally confused. I have been doing the FIRM, running, ride/train horses - so I am busy. I need something that is good with time restraints. My main objective is to become really lean and stronger. I was looking at the Pyramids upper/lower and am considering that one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
