Cathe,
I have a question about a modification for the runners stretch or in yoga it is known as the dancers pose. The move involves you balancing on one leg while you bring the other leg behind you and grab your foot in your hand to stretch the quadricep muscle. At this time I have too much thigh in the back am not flexible enough or a combination of both to be able to do this standing. I know of the floor modification. However, I was just wondering if anyone has an idea for a standing modification. I was doing Total Muslce Sculpting Wednesday and the stretching period moves too fast for me to try to get on the floor and do the move. All suggestions and advice are appreciated.
Thanks,
Kim
