I got nervous that things would sell out so I took the plunge. New sneakers will have to wait.... Paul Katami "konnect" and his "kettle bell drills". Amy Dixon "breathless body" #4 and #3, plus "Double Down" with both Paul and Amy. Yikes! I'm gonna be busy......and tired!

Ok, you have had a chance to preview Double Down. What do you think of it? Is it a keeper? I'm still thinking about it.
 
Hey Desertambrosia! You know.....I like it! The first time I did it I thought....eh. The 2nd time I did it I liked it a lot more. It's not killer but it gets the job done. Paul does the weights and Amy does the cardio. They take turns, circuit style. I like the flow of it and they are cute together. I love them both as instructors so the whole thing simply works well. If you like cardio and weights you'll like this. Paul does 1 minute of a compound move holding weights then changes to the same move adding arm movements with the weights (lateral raise, bicep etc) for another minute. Amy does about 40 seconds of cardio then changes it a little for the next 40 seconds then the hardest for the last 40 seconds. It all starts to add up on you. It's a keeper for me. Nothing complicated or dreadful. It's less than an hour too! Get it! Let me know what you think! Peg
