Total Body?

What one workout do you recommend for total body? I own all the DVDs, so anything is possible. I just want a new workout I can do today. I would do ME or power hour, but I would love to mix it all up. Thanks!

Do ME upper body only and Leaner Legs - that will get ya :)

OR I just did the PUB/PLB bonus combo and I really liked that one too....

OR Supersets! Go as heavy as you can - I just did this one and really enjoyed it! Great tunes!
 
I say do Muscle Max. That's my favorite! But for mixing things up I like CTX Upper Body with ME lower body premix. It's longer but fun!
