Total Body Workout - Body Max?

Hi,

I'm currently using 4DS and really enjoying it. I do it MT/RF. I am looking for a total body workout to do on saturday. Do you think it is unwise to add any other sort of resistance training with 4DS? Should I really only do a cardio workout. I just have more time on Saturdays so I was looking for something more intense. I know this workout is old but I understand it's amazing.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Angie.

I think it would be OKAY to add in BM2 so long as you keep the weights light and allow your body a rest day before you do it.

Perhaps you can set it up like this:

M/T/W/R: 4 DS
F: Rest
S: BM2
S: Rest

Be careful though. You don't want to over-train!
