Hi Debbie (fitness freak)

I couldn't even get myself to weight lifting one body part per week. So I decided to take baby steps. I have been doing whole body heavy weight workouts twice a week. Can I still get muscle increase and defition by doing this way? Or will I see better results by doing body parts once a week? Thanks Debbie!
