This is my list for 2010:

1. AM/PM Stretch - Madeleine Lewis
2. Low Impact Circuit (by far)
3. Low Max
4. Tie - Body Blast Series - Timesaver / 4 Really Big Miles - Leslie Sansone
5. Slow & Heavy
6. Kick Max
7. Core Crosstrain Kickbox - Patricia Moreno
8. Kick Punch & Crunch
9. Tie - Pure Strength - Pyramid Lower Body / Cardio & Weights / Drill Max.
10. Powerstrike 6 - Ilaria Montagnani / Stretch Max (from TV)

This includes using premixes on some and doesn't account for the many times I did stretching twice a day in the beginning of the year, but this list best represents my most used workouts of 2010.

How fun! I just reviewed my workout log and did a quick tally, here are the winners:

1. Low Max - by a huge margin!
2. Butts & Guts
3. a 3-way tie among Muscle Max, Low Impact Circuit, and Kick, Punch & Crunch
4. Body Max 2
5. All 3 of the Gym Style workouts

If you include walking/hiking, that would have taken #1, but I only looked at DVDs.

I love the MMA Kickbox and Boxing so much, I can't stop doing those. STS Strength I've done 3 times and now I am pulling out individual workouts that I really like. I don't think anything is going to top that. But considering how many times I did STS Total Body and High Reps, I should add those too, but I just got these in mid December.
