took alot of breaks

Tried to do the step heat and I was so exausted, I have yet to be able to do a whole routine without having to take breaks for water. and after I drink water and go back to exercise it makes my stomach kind of sick. am I doing something wrong?
 
Hi Leslie! Take a bit longer break before starting back in with us and also just little sips of water every 15 minutes. If you are sensitive to water in your belly while working out (I am the same way) try about 4 ounces of water every 15 minutes. But then be sure to take in those fluids the rest of the day :)
 
Thank you Cathe I was beginning to think I was a bit whimpy LOL I am glad to hear it is ok to take breaks. Will I stil the same effect as I would if I made it through the whole thing?
 
Hi Leslie! Absolutely since you are still very winded while you are taking your break. The time you would not get the same benefits, is if you were taking breaks to the point where you were completely dropping out of your heaart rate zone before joining back in.
