I was working out fairly consistently for a few months and now in August I've worked out only 3 times due to work stresses, a vacation, I had a head cold for about a week and felt tired etc. With me, when my workouts suffer, so does my eating. I've gained about 6 lbs to add to the 15 I already had to lose and I just feel like a blob!
I bought Insanity a few months ago and havent done any of the workouts yet. I'm ready to jump back into working out. Should I just jump in and start with Insanity or would that be too much too soon?? I'm torn btwn wanting a challenge and easing into things. I'm guilty of "easing" into things for weeks on end though!
