too much????

yep! I dont really have any detailed answers...there are others on here who know a whole lot more than I do! But I just know that the answer is yes! lol
 
There definitely is, particularly if you're not doing enough weight training. Cardio burns fat, but too much will actually start to burn muscle, as well. If you're not actively building muscle to counteract that effect, you can run into a number of health issues. This is particularly true the older we get. Everything in balance!!
