I have been doing a small amount of The Firm's weights and much more of Cathe's. The problem is that lately I have been feeling it so much more in my forearms than where I am supposed to. On one of my videos, they talk about having the proper "wrist fluction"? I do not understand what that means and have really tried to hold the weights different ways. I am getting frustrated and was wondering if anyone had any advice. I recently purchased the CTX series and wanted to start it on Sunday, but I want to use the proper form!
