Too Much Sodium?

I have been really doing great with my workouts, but when I was changing my clothes last night, DH noticed that the back of my right leg looked terrible...as if I never workout at all. Haven't seen much cellulite at all lately, then suddenly it appears and in full force. What the heck happened? I went back to what I ate all day which was mostly protein, but noticed that my sodium intake for the day was alittle high, but drank about 7 12 oz propels while outside all day working in the yard. If anything, I feel like my legs should look muscular as they feel like steel, but instead like they did 3 years ago before I worked out. This is not motivating at all. HELP! Is it too much sodium???

I guess everyone is agreeing with me on this or doesn't have a clue.
I don't know what I have to do to send that cellulite screaming to another dimension. I just set fire to my lower body just a few days ago and had a hard time just sitting on the toilet so I know I am working it. This is just frustrating! Anyone have any other suggestions?

Oh Charlotte, we're not laughing at your expense! To be honest, I have no idea about the whole cellulite/sodium thing. It sounds feasible though. Have you tried searching through Google or another search engine to see if you can come up with anything?

Oh, I am not offended. I love to make others laugh, but I am half crying too. LOL. Thanks for the link. I will check it out.

Take care

i don't know! i know sodium will make us retain water...

i don't think 7 propels is good though :( i mean i'm sure they tasted good.. but it probably woulda been better to have plain water after the 1st or 2nd...

i drink a propel every morning when i workout.. but that's it.. one (23.7 oz).. .then it's plain water the rest of the day

i know i eat way too much sodium.. bad me.... i add salt to everything.. it's a horrible vice i have!

ok... i babbled and didn't really have anything to offer on your particular issue....

just guesses....

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!

Cellulite is a funny thing. I often find that if my diet is high in sodium or carbs I retain more water and the cellulite on the back of my thighs looks worse. If I eat clean, drink plenty of water, and avoid sodium, my legs look tight and ripped!

It's funny how quickly diet can impact the visual appearance of fat! Cut back on the salt and/or carbs if applicable and you should be back to normal. I feel as though women's bodies or more sensitive to the delicate balance between salt & water retention.
