Tom Venuto-The Holy Grail Body Transformation Program

I want to thank the Enabler who talked about Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. I bought that e-book and have gotten many other ebooks free from Venuto. The latest is The Holy Grail Body Transformation Program.

He talks about choosing one of four goals.

1. Focused fat loss
2. Focused muscle gain
3. Fat loss first priority, concurrent muscle gain secondary goal
4. Muscle gain first priority, concurrent fat loss secondary goal

According to Tom Venuto "When you have very high body fat, it is best to single-mindedly focus on one goal-fat loss- and maximize the fat loss without introducing any compromise or delay.

This book gives you nutrition and wo program to reach goals 3 and 4. Unfortunately I need to lose 40lbs. So focused fat loss for me. I think I was trying to do too many things in the past year. I lose weight with diet and cardio.

For those of you with ten pounds or less to lose, this new book seems like it would help.

Has anyone else read it? What did you think of it?

If primary goal is fat loss you follow the original book. Eat calories as if you are sedentary and use cardio to burn the additional calories to lose weight. If you are a beginner use full body weight wo also.

I don't think you can get this ebook unless you bought the original. It is not the final edition and he sent it to get comments to expand it and have us try it to see our results. I don't belong to the "inner circle". I think it is a forum like Cathe's but you have to pay for it. I just bought the original ebook.
 
JoanC, I haven't read the holy grail book yet but since I saw your post I am printing it right now and will read it soon. Looks like a valuable thing to do this weekend. I did buy the original BFFM and I am pretty sure if you did that and then registered to get emails/updates on their web site (which was free if you bought the book), that was the only way (so far) to get the link to download this new book. I don't belong to the "inner circle" either. But the orginal BFFM book literally changed my life.
 
I'm sure this is the only way to get the new book but I thought many people had bought the original book. Maybe they didn't sign up for the free email updates. When I did STS I couldn't concentrate on diet because I was hungry. I will stick to mainly cardio and keep calories low. When I am down 30-40lbs I will try the new program. STS meso 2 and 3 seem like they will work great with it but haven't really studied the new book. Joan
