THANKS!!!! I've tried 2 recipes from their website so far and both were winners! I did one for turkey breast cutlets last week, and although I cut my knuckle making lemon zest, it was great! Last night I made a poached halibut with tomatoes recipe and it was also quite tasty (even though I forgot to buy the white wine and had to use chicken broth and the grocery store was out of fresh basil, so I had to blow off that completely). I'm very psyched that the halibut came out good because that stuff is more expensive than beef tenderloin!

That site is going to be my first stop for recipes!

Hi Donna,

My DH watches that channel constantly. He loves Emeril's dishes as well as Bobbie Flay(sp?). He's always on the website printing out new recipes. Everything he makes turns out incredible! It's a good thing he likes to cook. I can only make canned and microwavable food..lol. Cooking light's website has good recipe's too.

Marion,

Sure you can..lol!! My mom and sister borrow him all the time. That's no joke. He should have gone to culinary school to be a chef. He is one of those people who doesn't even need recipe. He has a natural knack for gourmet cooking. Man does he make a mess though!! I am cleaning that kitchen for 45 min when he's done cooking. I am very lucky though. He makes some amazing dishes.

My husband is a lousy cook. Everything he makes is smothered in onions. He doesn't even know how to properly chop them, so not only are you dealing with tons of onions - they're always huge chunks! The only things I let him make are the hamburgers and broiled fish. OH! And his meat always has to be severely well-done. We don't usually eat at the same time because his is still cooking while I'm finishing up.

LOL!!! That would be me trying to hide the taste of my food. Lots of onions and garlic! My DH always tells me I am using the wrong knife when I try to cut veggies. He pulls out like 3 different ones for each one. I just leave it up to him. I am clueless in the kitchen!!

Aila:)
