I just did this video, in spite of not being an "advanced" exerciser right now. I thought I would have to modify like crazy, but just a lowering the step when needed was enough (plus a little lighter weights)

I love that the intense sections are way more fun and creative than a mass of air jacks, tuck jumps, and burpees, plus the abs/upper body section with the weights just moved along and was so different. Even compound legs, which I dread, were energizing. I forgot to include the slide n glide tabata bonus, but I will remember next time - and there will be a next time soon.

If you're scared off by the title, and are intermediate, don't be. It's just the max that YOU can do right now, and is so satisfying and fun.
