I received my new workouts on Saturday and ran right downstairs and did To The Max Extreme and it was awesome! I wanted to do Cross Fire right after it, but thought that was a bad idea so I did it this morning and it was just as good!
Cathe; thank you, thank you, thank you for bringing back real music which was great and really got my energy up. These video's remind me of the Imax's with the addition of weights, I LOVE THEM!!!!

Am I correct that Crossfire Extreme and To The Max Extreme incorporate ALL of the bonus segments into the regular workout, so that you actually end up doing every segment on the DVD in one workout?

Yes, there is an "Extreme" premix on each DVD that contains all segments offered on the DVD. Very tough stuff! I haven't been brave enough to tackle the Extreme premixes yet...all in good time.

Uggghhh! Dummy me! I knew there was an "extreme" on the TTM, but I have just been putting in the CF and hitting play! It's on tap for tonight and I just looked that the bonus is a tabata and core....I'm doing it! Thanks for the tip!...lol

ETA: Just finished the CF extreme and was not impressed at all. In the extreme they move the segments around (firewalker tabata is now moved to the very end which is challenging) and they added two tabata's....the first one I was not impressed with and second is a repeat of another done earlier so you end up doing two of the same tabatas. I like the original version better, because I love to give all my energy to the firewalker tabata. At the end I was too wiped to even put pressure on the band.
