I did the premix without the stability ball and I have to say this my new go to leg workout. I am 21 days post hysterectomy so I had skip the plank stuff can't wait until I can do the whole workout.
This was the first one I did Sunday evening. I felt the burn right after and a little tight in the quads and hip area the next day, not as much in my butt. It's great to have if you don't want to use weights. I really like the band section.
