I am at an intermediate level. I am trying to decide if I should push myself and do the more advanced videos, modifing when I need or if I should stick to the intermediate rotation Cathe did. What do you think?

I say do what you are comfortable doing. If you want to venture into more advanced videos and modify, go for it!!! It's exciting to see progress. Just be sure not to burn your self out. Save those intermediate videos for days when you just can't give it your all. Heck I modify all the time- sometimes up sometimes down. It just depends on my mood!!! Good luck. Bottom line is do something that keeps you working out and interested and the results will come. Of course as long as you are eating correctly
