Hello. In my past post to you about your creative mish-moshes you said you would later post mish-moshes that included weights/circuits. Are you willing to share? I have some new routines that I have created (bought some more Cathe tapes) and would love to see what you have. Here are a couple that I just created...until I get the new tapes (HSTA & HSC.

WORKOUT A: BOOTCAMP w/ Kickboxing FLARE

Bootcamp warm-up
Bootcamp (1 x) no core premix
K,P,C high intensity drills
Bootcamp (1 x) no core premix
KM blast challenge
Low Max intensity blasts premix (omit blasts #3 & #4)
...one last part I haven't thought of yet **
(thinking here maybe plie jacks from Legs & Glutes or hammer punch
lunges from Butts & Gutts [repeated several times])


WORKOUT B: DRILLMAX

Drillmax complete workout
Bootcamp blast #1 (jumping jacks)
Cardio Fusion: BM2 power circuits (no weights)
Bootcamp blast #4 (speed skaters)
LIC blast only premix
Bootcamp blast #5 & #8 (terminators & ice breakers)
...then maybe add explosive jump lunges from Legs & Glutes??


Ok, let me know your ideas and what you think of these. I cannot wait until I get HSTA, HSC, and HC Extreme...maybe ABSOULTE fav is Imax 3 blasts only premix...I am going to make a workout with HSC and Imax 3!!! }(
