Hi, I've been reading your posts (past and present) and was wondering if maybe you could help me. I'm a 5'2", pear-shaped, 125lb, frustrated chick!! I need to reduce my body fat percentage in a major way! From trial and error I have found that low carb seems to work, or rather, when I eat too many carbs I feel softer and more bloated. I workout about 4-6 times a week, use Cathe 95% of the time, yet still have celluite on my lower half and general softness cushioning my muscles everywhere! I know you mentioned you got down to 6% body fat and I in no way want to go that low, but maybe you could help me with some workout or eating plans to help me out. I dont know my body fat percentage now, I use the mirror as my guide, and I hate what I see now! If you'd rather email me privately let me know. Good luck at your doctor's appt! I recently saw my doctor and had my cholesterol, thyroid, etc checked and everything was normal.
