I am so impressed with STS! I previewed some of Mesocycle 1 today. What a challenge that will be, but Cathe is upbeat and makes it look like fun! Cathe is at her best in every way in this workout series. And the cast - what athletes! Brenda, Cedie, Jai and Lorrayne never cease to amaze me. Those women are bionic.
The rest of the cast is bionic as well. `Deazie, Denise, Greg, Robert, Stuart, and Erik are true inspirations for any fitness enthuiast - male or female.
The packaging is fantastic, the user's guide wonderful, and the quality of the film and music really set a new standard for the home fitness industry.
I feel like I am right in the room with the cast. The studio set is so realistic I feel I am in very posh gym in Manattan.
STS sets a gold standard for ANY person who is ready to take the challenge. When compared to the cost of a personal trainer or a gym membership, the program is a great value.
While I am still in a rotation of CTX, I plan to begin STS by mid-February.
I can't thank you at Cathe dot Com enough for having a presale. I got a heck of a bargain. I had my reservations about a fitness program with no cardio, but using STS three times a week leaves me with 3 days for cardio so I get a balanced workout.
This set is worth $500 to me!
