Not Cathe, but here is my two cents.
Being under a lot of stress takes a tremendous toll on the body. Stress also depletes the B complex vitamins that are needed for your body to produce energy. Are you taking a good multi vitamin? I would start taking one that contains at least 100% of the B complex vitamins.
I know that when I'm under stress I also don't tend to sleep as well. Be sure that you are getting around 8 hours of sleep a night.
I also don't like to cook when I'm stressed out and often find myself reaching for fast food/convenience food when hungry. Try to make time to cook healthy meals and to have healthy snacks prepared so when you're hungry, you're not loading up with crap.
Finally, is the source of your stress temporary or something more chronic? Can you do anything to alleviate the stress? See if there is anything you can do to address the source of your stress. If it appears chronic, you may need to ask yourself the tough question of 'do I want this in my life knowing the toll it's taking?'. Not an easy question to ask or answer. Yet you may need to take some time to examine the function this stress is playing in your life.
Just some suggestions. Take care of yourself.
