Hey everyone and Happy New Year!! This week ive been having a blast trying out my new workouts,BC/ME Imax2/CW CTX and the Timesaver, (my Husband is awesome!!)And i also got a stability ball,does anyone have any advice ,i am a bit clumsy so its a bit scary to me but i really want to try,and does it really help the core area alot ,thats why i wanted it ,well any thoughts or suggestions would be Great!! I did ctx last week ,big fun ! , Tomorrow i'm trying out Cardio and weights and i'll tell you these new Dvd 's came right in time to help me combat the amazing amount of food ive consumed ,as a previous poster said Stop the Madness!! HeHeHe i say this as i eat the last 2 snickerdoodles !!
