Timesaver Rotation

I'm currently working my way through Cathe's January rotation but due to a new puppy I'm having to adapt - rather than do the full workout, I'm trying to hit the gym for a quick run at lunchtime and fit in a timesaver premix when I get home from work ...I can usually sneak in 30 minutes during puppy sleep time! Rather than adapt, can any of you recommend a timesaver rotation with workouts 30-45 or should I just stick to the premixs?

Hi Susan!
First, congrats on the new puppy!! I just love animals!! :)

I saw these two rotations that Cathe made up (if the links don't work, you can find them under "Index of Cathe Rotations" in this forum):

Dec '05 Timesavers

DEC 07' Rotation (60 minute or less)

Even if you don't have all of the above DVD's, maybe these rotations can give you a general idea of how to put together shorter workouts. Do you own 4 Day Split or the Timesaver DVD? The Timesaver DVD has 5 workouts under an hour, and 4DS has 30 minutes of intense cardio (give or take a few minutes) and 30 minutes of weights. These might work for you!

I hope this helps! Good luck with your pup and your workouts!

Great, thanks Christine. I'd forgotten that I had the Timesaver DVD - these workouts will be just fine while my time is not my own!

All going well with the pup - she's still not sleeping right through the night but we're getting there!

Thanks again,
Susan
