For anyone interested, I have put together some fun cardio mixes using the Timesaver DVD. This way you can combine kickbox with step and hilo into one workout using only 1 DVD. Happy New Years Eve-Enjoy!

Do I program these with the workout blender or just play individual chapters? :) Phyllis
 
I just leave the title and chpater bar at the top of the screen while I work out and then can input the changes quickly and easily as I go along in the workout. Its a lot faster than mix and match or the blender.
