Timesaver DVD

Hi,

I'm going to add to my preorder today -- I must have the LOW MAX, too -- I'm also considering ordering the TIMESAVER DVD. I'd be interested to know how others have incorporated TIMESAVER into their workout programs.

I've started to get more structured in my rotations -- I used to just do whatever I felt like doing each day. I'm starting to pay more attention to good rotation plans and write down different ideas.

I think the structure will be very helpful to me. Any suggestions on how to use TIMESAVER in rotations?

Thanks!

Hi, Marla I have the timesaver dvd but I have used it a few times before ordering the 3 dvd of the Body Blast Series. The three dvd have lot of premixes very useful. If you have the BB series I would spend the money in more hardcore workouts. It is only a sugestion.
In the forum videos and dvd rotations you will find a index of the rotation that Cathe has posted each month.

I do have 2 of the Body Blast DVD's, so I'll take your suggestion and maybe add some of the Gym Style workouts to my list instead. I did pre-order several of the Hardcore DVD's back in July, but now I realize I should've ordered them all. I'll end up with them all anyway, most likely.

Thanks for your suggestion.

I agree with Stayfit:) I also have the 3 BB dvd and Timesavor. I do maybe once in a blue moon use the timesavor just to mix&match 2 workouts together but that is very rare.

I use it for short on time, or to put all the upper body weights together. The best use I found for it was getting back into some kind of workout routine after recovering from injuries. Just enough to get the joints oiled as it were.
