Hi!
Could Cathe -- or anyone else who might know -- be able to tell me if the workouts from this DVD -- The timesaver DVD -- get one into the anaerobic zone. And if it does, does it do so more than once per workout? Sometimes I'm not able to get in a full hour workout, but I like to work in the anaerobic zone at least twice a week. Because the timesaver DVD has weight work with each workout -- and they are not full body -- it looks to me as if all five workouts would need to be done in a week in order to hit every body part. Am I correct in this?
