Wow...tried this yesterday. Love those Kick-Butt Lunges! I found that doing this one instead of the total Legs & Glutes, I had alot more strength for the ankle weight phase. Those leg sweeps actually seemed easy...might have to increase my ankle weights......Carole
I just did Timesaver #5 today and boy, am I ever feeling it right now! The killer one for me was the inner thigh work, especially when you have to start flexing and pointing the foot!!
I've not tried the full legs and glute dvd yet, but I will be interested to see what the difference is!
Yes Josie those inner thigh lifts kill...I think Legs and Glute you will feel more than Timesaver 5. Save it for a strong day......and let me know......Carole
