Times per wk do you work each body part?

Hi Cathe,
Just wanted to say the new w/o look great! I can't wait to get them.
I have a question though. To really achieve definition, how many times should I work each body part per week? I began doing your rotations several months ago (love BTW) and most of the strength ones have 1-2 body parts a day, 1x per week. Will I see better results working 2x per week?
 
not cathe but wanted to say that everyone is different. some can do just once a week at peak intensity to totally exhaust the muscle. others need to hit the muscle 2 x's per week (which is what i respond best to). and others will hit it 3 times a week with full body routines. you have to just try and see what happens. unfortunately you won't figure that out unless you give it a go. try each method for 4-6 weeks at a time and see what results you get. good luck
