Times on S&H tapes

Could some of you lucky ducks who got your S&H tapes clues us in on the times for the individual body part workouts? For instance, on Wednesday I'm doing chest, so how long is the chest portion of the Chest and Back Tape? Also, the individual times of Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders and Legs? Back workout I won't do till next week, so I can time that myself.

Thanks so much!!!!! My tapes come today, but I don't know how much viewing time I'll get tonight. I'm very excited because the usual high point of my day is getting the mail....now I'll have Cathe tapes waiting for me, something that only happens once a year.....JUST LIKE CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should bake some cookies in honor of the occasion!!!

I have not recieved my DVDs yet but in the eagerness of being ready... I got this information off of Cathe's home page... under each indivual tape she's listed the times... here's the information:

Chest & Back (Format: warm - up 3 min, chest 26 1/2 min., Back 18 min., Superman 3 min., Planks 6 min., stretch 2 min.

Biceps & Triceps (Format: warm - up 2 1/2 min, triceps 23 min., Biceps 24 min., Abs 7 ½ min., Stretch 3 min.

Legs & Shoulders (Format: warm - up 3 1/2 min, legs/buttocks 30 min., Shoulders 31 min., stretch 2 min.

Rhythmic Step (Format: warm - up 10 min, 1st step aerobics section 11 min., 2nd step aerobics section 14 min. 3rd step aerobics section 12 min., Rhythmic Step Challenge 9 min. and a 4 min cool down)

Power Hour (Format: warm - up 5 ½ min, strength training exercises 40 min., Abs 6 min., Stretch 3 min.)
 
Duh! I didn't even try that....I just "assumed" they wouldn't be broken down! NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING!!!!!!
